He is the Co-founder and Managing Director of JBRIGHT and he has 16 years of experience in Operations. He continues to chart innovative growth strategies and improvements to direct JBRIGHT to becoming a global leader in the HR consulting space. M S RAO AVULA is an engineering professional with rich experience in IT Product Development, Technology Consulting and Staff Augmentation in addition to that experience in Constructions and real estate etc.
KAREEMULLA MOHAMMAD (Kareem)

Kareem having over 23 Years of Industrial experience in Facility Management, administration and managed multiple leadership roles in the industry, he served for various Esteemed Organisations such as Google, Oracle, Del, Deloitte, CTS Udaan, Flipkart, Amazon, Dr.Reddy’s, Aurobindo and Schneider Electric etc. Also various sectors like Retail, Pharma, Hospital, IT Recruitment hospitality production process etc. so on. He is having waste knowledge in merger of organisations, new setup for start-up companies/ projects, strategic planning with the ability of delivering high value performances, turning around business, winning a Covetable market share in the industry. Mr.Kareem having technically sound in Payroll management,commercial aspects, statutory compliance, procurement and transition of facility management business. As a Management post graduate, Kareem is better known as a people’s person and a strong networker.

Her ability to build and manage large teams and focus on productivity improvement initiatives has enhanced operational efficiency and resulted in improved corporate performance. As Management graduate, Kala is better known as a people’s person and a strong networker. She has more experience in Staff Augmentation, Recruitment process, Strategic HR and General HR Administration. She plays a key role in Business Development, Client Relations and Operations & Delivery in the organization.
